I have to confess, I really don't like writing on my notepad or smartphone. It just takes way more time and I mess up the words alot.
But hey, I'm all about learning new stuff so I'll start a project to become a better and faster "notepad-/smartphone-writer".
So, as I work at a gym, I kind of live in a different world.
Sometimes you forget there are other kinds of people out there. And what's sad is that the majority of them don't care about their health at all.
The other day me and my co-worker had a discussion.. Out there, it's actually more accepteable NOT to take care of yourself. You know, if you start drinking - people think it's good. If you stop drinking - people get angry. If you start smoking, it's okay. If you eat unhealthy - that's no problem. But BE DAMNED if you start going to the gym or skip those candies after lunch every day.
Then you'll get some reactions.
-"it's not good to exercise too much"
My fav: "don't you think it's starting to get out of control!???"
And then you'll probably hear some good explanations of why this human don't exercise/take care of their health.
Funny, right? But why is it like this? It's totally horrifying in my opinion.
This is what I would like to say to all of you:
- Stop thinking so much
- Stop smoking
- Stop drinking
- Eat according to what you feel is good for your body and mind, snd brings you health
- EXERCISE
And for gods sake
STOP putting down others who take care of themselfes and start caring for YOU.
